Beschreibung des Tathergangs und Beweise:Hello i doing this bsw because i was walk with mottorrad and he crash me and make me unter car so he kill me.Then i call it for make clarify but he dont open phone i was in ltr fighting with cops and i was 50% heal or so and when i get in to heli for going to heal he kill me i dont know why, so here is screenshots.

Das war ca. um 21:06. Getötet hast Du Ihn um 21:14. @blerton why did you shoot at his car previosly?

You're on the wrong side of the road so it seems that it was your fault that he hit you with his car. Being on a bike does not matter.

And yes, he is not allowed to kill you as revenge. But you were also not allowed to shoot his car just because he rammed you once. So both of you can try to clarfiy the situation or you'll both get a penalty.

you dont understand I was driving normally on the straight road then he came faster and knocked me down and I shot him that's what I shot

You're not allowed to shoot him just because he crashed you while you both were driving on the same road...
