We had a completely normal situation in which the mentioned Gangler and the factionist Azad47 shot at each other. Both received "Wanted" levels, and we tried to shoot both of them. Unfortunately, Azad47 managed to escape with the van, and we shot the Gangler into jail. I don't see any misconduct here.

There was no attempt at clarification in the TS3 or via PM in the forum... I would like to expressly point out that we gave both Wanteds and also tried to book or deal with both Ganglers. Unfortunately, with a few injuries, @Azad47 was able to take advantage of the secon's favor and successfully donate with the van, but we distributed Wanteds according to the rules, tied them up and, after direct fire from @-Gianluigi.. we immediately returned fire!

I was AFK for a few minutes straight after the action, why didn't you try to clarify in the forum or in TS3? I would definitely have noticed it there and answered you! Or do you check when I text you ingame to see if someone has written to you after 30 minutes afk?

Abgesehen davon hatte er genügend Zeit, in den letzten Tagen erneut auf uns zuzukommen, wir beide waren sehr aktiv. Als der Vorfall geschah, haben wir sofort reagiert und NNU gegeben, der Rest ist bekannt. Natürlich sind wir auch bereit, eine Entschädigung anzubieten, um die Beschwerde nicht länger offen zu halten.

Was denn nun?
Klärt eine mögliche Entschädigung ab und dann ist die Beschwerde ggf. geklärt. Ich gebe euch noch ein wenig Zeit. Ansonsten ist hier bald der Sack zu.
