Moin, die Nachricht sollte wirklich nicht an dich gehen, es handelt sich um ein Missverständnis. Die SMS sollte eigentlich an mich gehen, nachdem ich ihn getötet habe. Ich würde dich bitten die Beschwerde zurück zu ziehen, da es wirklich nicht mit Absicht war.

This was a misunderstanding, we were having fun and joking around with my friend @[Vio]Deluxe (he can testify everything), i totally forgot that marios was spamming me before and after deluxe killed me i instantly wrote "/r hs" because i was texting with Deluxe before Marios spammed with some nonsense.
i almost in the same sec wrote "wrong chat" and i had no intention nor reason to insult marios.

if i insulted u wont be a rat and try to hide it, ill stand up to my consequences, but since it was a mistake, and if u had 1g brain, u would understand that when i wrote "WRONG CHAT" not even 1sec after i sent that.

And i know there is no reason for [Vio]Deluxe to lie, + he is an admin so he is not allowed to lie or say something to defend someone that is guilty of doing something

Die Chatlogs, welche mit gesendet wurden, können Nachweisen, dass der Betroffene zuvor bereits eine /sms Konversation mit dem Beschwerdeführer hatte. Mit der Funktion /r (reply) wird automatisch der letzten Person geantwortet. Zusätzlich konnte nachgewiesen werden, dass Deluxe zuvor ebenfalls "hs" an den Betroffenen geschickt hatte (nicht öffentlich), und eine antworte durchaus nachvollziehbar erscheint. Dennoch hat man darauf zu achten, wen man derartige Aussagen zukommen lässt. Ich glaube den betroffenen, dass es keine Absicht war, dennoch fühlte sich der Beschwerdenführer angegriffen, basierend auf der Hintergrundgeschichte der beiden Konfliktpartein. Der Betroffene hätte sicher stellen müssen, dass seine SMS den richtigen Adressaten hat.

The chat logs that were sent can prove that the person concerned had previously had an /sms conversation with the complainant. The /r (reply) function automatically answers the last person. In addition, it could be proven that Deluxe had previously also sent "hs" to the person concerned (not publicly), and a reply seems entirely understandable. Nevertheless, you have to be careful who you send such statements to. I believe those concerned that it was not intentional, however the complainant felt offended based on the back story of the two parties to the conflict. The person concerned should have ensured that his SMS was sent to the correct addressee.
