Description of the incident and evidence:
Hey, today ExultantSurgeon55 and his friend provoked me with some words, I punched him once and he started shooting at me and i shot back, when he saw that i will kill him he ran into a no dm zone ( ibb.co/KyJdKH1 ) . than when i said to him that it is not allowed and that i will write bsw he did not listen and did not got out of the zone, when i ran away from the zone he went outside and shot me from the back but did not kill me. than he dropped weapons inside the Zone he healed and got out and started shooting at me ( ibb.co/fFXXF26 ). at the end @Redfield came and killed me when @ExultantSurgeon55 was shooting at me, he can confirm that.
Conclusion:
I am doing this bsw because of:
1st. Exultant is going and staying in no dm zone in the middle of a fight.
2nd, he healed inside the no dm zone and came out and started shooting at me.
