    Beschreibung des Tathergangs und Beweise: Ich war mit Lucyano am Eier sammeln als wir landeten damit Lucyano das Ei sammeln konnte. Ich wartete im LTR - Heli, während er das Ei sammelte. Anschließend kamen der Täter + Beifahrer (Name mir unbekannt) auf einem Motorrad und fuhren in den Tunnel wo Lucyano das Ei sammelte. Es gab scheinbar einen Konflikt im Tunnel weshalb rtbillyass auf Lucyano schoß. Lucyano rannte und suchte hinter dem Heli Deckung ( nicht eingestiegen). Jedoch schoß rtbillyass auch dann immernoch auf den Heli und auf mich, obwohl ich nur draußen wartete. Da ich nicht sterben wollte, hebte ich mit dem Heli ab und hielt ihn ein wenig schief um nicht noch weiter abgeschossen zu werden. rtbillyass schoss den Heli brennend, ich konnte noch aussteigen, jedoch starb Lucyano bei der Explosion. Anschließend wurde ich weiterhin von rtbillyass abgeschossen. Er stoppte kurz mit dem schießen, um mir zu sagen, dass es meine Schuld sei, da ich ja der Fahrer war, nur um mich anschließend hinzurichten.

  • SO as u know lucyano hited me so i was allowed to shoot him after he was running to you he hided on the other side of the heli so i shooted him from the under of it as u know some shoots hited the heli and after that , lucyano was with you in the heli trying to escape so i shooted you until the heli explose . i was allowed to kill you cause u were helping him .

    You dont have to shoot the heli if hes behind it, when theres no possibility to hit him. I was flying away and tried to block your shots by tilting the heli, but you continued to run in the direction of the blades (see, Lucyanos Video) Anyway, it was a defense move because you shot me .









  • Ich kann den Post von sarah. leider nicht zitieren. Ich hatte rtbillyass im Teamspeak kontaktiert, er schrieb mir jedoch nur zurück, dass es ja scheinbar meine Schuld sei, dass ich abgeschossen werde, da der Heli ja im Weg stand und Lucyano ihn zur Deckung nutzte.

    as u can see in his friend record i didnt dmg him until he flied with the heli with Lucyano .

    da durch den von @Lucyano ausgeführten Schlag Schusserlaubnis auf ihn bestand. Ihr beide seid zu dem Zeitpunkt gemeinsam unterwegs gewesen weshalb ab dem Moment auch Schusserlabnis auf dich bzw deinen Helikopter bestand. Desweiteren ist es ziemlich dreist deswegen noch eine Beschwerde zu schreiben obwohl in dem Videobeweis klar zu sehen ist, wie du absichtlich den Spieler @rtbilyass mit dem Rotor versuchst unschädlich zu machen.
