Your gta3.img is a Bell.oog file. You should delete them then everything should work again. (just open gta3.img and delete the file) or restart your mta.

Bei den meisten ist es gefixt nach nem MTA neustart, wenns nicht geht einfach resource ordner löschen xD

Was laberst du von bell.ogg löschen? Sowas findet man nichtmal
