Beschreibung des Tathergangs und Beweise: so we was in wt me and Saad.R driving normaly when elot come and fghit us to stop wt we killed him then when we tryed continue our way DarkiSparki hit our wt without reason with his bike and dmg it we get out of our veh and try to stop him cause the wt nearly explose he continue doing it so we shoot him and after that he shoot the wt from his bike even if no one on it and he drive and shooting us in his motobike .
